Please make sure all the information is correct when filling out the form. If you would like the recipient to know who the gift is from, please include that information in the Gift Message section.

I will be manually issuing the gift certificates and emailing the recipient after they are purchased (this isn't instantaneous). There are 4 amounts that you can choose from (sorry, you are not able to choose your own amount at this time). When the recipient uses the gift certificate, it will need to be used in a single purchase and the purchase must be more than the gift certificate is worth.
